Every dollar will go directly to the WNC Arbor Aid group, which we work closely with. Money will be used to support volunteers in their efforts to perform sliding scale tree work for folks who are in desperate need.
WNC Arbor Aid Group is a grassroots network providing disaster tree relief rooted in solidarity, mutual aid, and community empowerment. They support recovery efforts through direct action and performing free or sliding scale tree work throughout WNC.
